Writers of all interests and skill levels are invited to participate in this free event. Sunday, November 5th *Ashley is the recipient of a Minnesota State Arts Board grant that made this event possible. She’s received the Red Hen Press Short Fiction Award, the Enizagam Short Story Award, the Third Coast Fiction Prize, and was recently named a Pushcart Prize nominee. Her debut novel, South Pole Station, published in July, has received praise from The New York Times, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, Publishers Weekly, USA Today, Time, Library Journal, LitHub, Booklist, Kirkus Reviews, and Bookpage.
